Behind the scenes[]

Sith mummies Concept art

The Sith Mummies are openly a nod to such Ray Harryhausen classics as The 7th Voyage of Sinbad (1958} & Jason and the Argonauts (1963}. their appearance in the Ep7 photo-novel is extremely toned down from their concept art, due to the nature of their creation as Custom Figures in the form of large Halloween Decorations. which had to be completely broken and glued into their poses, aside from their physical creation the mummies also had to be individually placed within their frames and multiplied via Adobe Photoshop.
